||Training Specialist: Infant Mental Health, Parent Education, Infant Massage Educator and Trainer, Juliana has extensive experience in infant mental health and parent education with focus on families of infants, toddlers and preschool children. She has worked for over 25 years as a teacher, adult educator, home visitor and parent group facilitator. As an Adult Educator, she has worked with professionals in various fields including infant mental health, early childhood, nursing, social services, special education and occupational and physical therapy.
Juliana was co-founder and Director of the Family Nurturing Center Early Childhood Programs in Utah and North Carolina. She has co-authored the nationally validated Nurturing Parenting Programs, including the Prenatal Nurturing Program, the Nurturing Program for Teenage Parents and the Nurturing Program for Parents and Children: Birth to Three Years. Juliana is co-author of Nurturing Touch: Instruction in the Art of Infant Massage and the Nurturing Book for Babies and Children.
Juliana has been a Training Specialist for the International Association of Infant Massage since 1992. She is on the International Committee for Trainer Candidates (CTC), and has been teaching infant massage to families for over 20 years.
